Organically grown without use of chemical fertilisers or pesticides this toasted brown rice has been cultivated with love and care by the small team at Yusando Tea Garden, across Nara and Kyoto prefectures. 

Use this toasted rice as a tea on its own or as an addition to any of your favourite leaf teas creating your own unique genmaicha. Genmai wakocha? Kamairicha? or blend with other grains such as mugicha or kuromamecha. You can also use this rice as a delicious salad topper, on a bowl of rice, in miso soup or even on ice cream!
