Refund policy
We are sure you will love the items in your order, however, if you are not happy with your purchase we will process a refund for the items subject to the conditions set out below:
We must be must notified of the return within 14 days of receiving the order. You must then send the item back to us within the following 14 days.
To request a refund or exchange please email tenchateas@gmail.com with your order reference number, the name of the items you would like to return and the reason for the refund/exchange.
We will cover the cost of returns if the items have been received damaged, faulty, or if there has been a shipping error. In all other cases, you are responsible for the cost of sending the item back to us.
We need the items to be shipped to us before processing any refunds or exchanges.
Please note that items must be unused and returned in the original, undamaged packaging in order for us to process your refund.
Sealed products which have been opened or any made-to-order/personalised products cannot be refunded unless faulty.
If your item arrives back to us damaged we will not be able to process your refund . Please ensure to pack all fragile items appropriately and make sure to ask for full insurance on your return shipment as you will need to claim with the shipping company if the item arrives back with us damaged.
Once a refund has been approved, you will receive the balance within 7 days of us receiving the returned item. You will receive the item in the standard delivery time for an exchange.
