Cancellation policy

Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order item, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We collect payment at the checkout and you will be notified when the item is ready to ship.  Any items bought alongside a pre-order item will be shipped together when the pre-order item is available. 

You can cancel a pre-order order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order, but you can request to return the item once it is received and follow the usual returns procedure.  See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds. 

If you a buying a specially made to order "pre-order" item you cannot cancel or be refunded once the procurement of said item has been made.
