Delivery & Shipping:
- Free Delivery on all orders over £80 - sent with Royal Mail Tracked 24 Hour
- Royal Mail Tracked 24 Hour - £3.80 (1-2 working days)
- Standard Tracked - £3 (2-4 working days)
- Royal Mail Special Delivery; Guaranteed by 1pm - £14 (order before 4pm for next day shipping)
- DPD: 1-2 Working Days - £8
- DPD Collect: 1-2 working days. Collect your parcel from your local DPD shop - £6
Note: Some large Items are subject to extra shipping fees.
Cut off for same day shipping is 3:30pm each day ( a notice will be posted if there is a change to this schedule) Orders placed after 3:30pm will ship the next working day.
DPD orders ship the following working day after your order is placed.
Please note: We can not guarantee shipping times. Standard Tracked uses the Royal Mail 48h tracked service however this time frame is not guaranteed. 24h Tracked starts from the time the parcel leaves us not from when you place your order. This service is usually reliable but also not guaranteed.
Once your parcel has left us we have no control over the speed in which Royal Mail delivers your parcel. We offer these postal services as they offer appropriate insurance and tracking for your orders.
We do not offer compensation if Royal Mail does not deliver within the 24/48 hour time window.
