Shipping policy
Delivery & Shipping:
From Friday 28th of August until Friday 2nd of October our shipping policy will change slightly while we are away on a sourcing trip in Japan.
While we are away orders will only be shipped Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday. The cut-off for orders on each day are as follows:
- Monday cut-off: 11am
- Tuesday cut-off: 12pm
- Wednesday cut-off: 12pm
Orders placed after 12pm on Wednesday will ship the following Monday.
We will be keeping Royal Mail Next Day Guaranteed service available, please note this does not mean that your order will leave us any faster. These orders will still only be shipped on Monday Tuesday & Wednesday.
DPD and international shipping will be paused for the duration of September.
Shipping Fees:
- Free Delivery on all orders over £60 - sent with Royal Mail Tracked 24 Hour
- Royal Mail Tracked 24 Hour - £3.80
- Standard Tracked - £3 (2-4 working days)
- Royal Mail Special Delivery; Guaranteed by 1pm - £10
Some of our ceramics and artwork will be available for pre-order only while we're away. If you order a pre-order item alongside anything else, everything will ship together in one package on our return.
Please note: We can not guarantee shipping times. Standard Tracked uses the Royal Mail 48h tracked service however this time frame is not guaranteed. 24h Tracked starts from the time the parcel leaves us not from when you place your order. This service is usually reliable but also not guaranteed.
Once your parcel has left us we have no control over the speed in which Royal Mail delivers your parcel. We offer these postal services as they offer appropriate insurance and tracking for your orders.
We do not offer compensation if Royal Mail does not deliver within the 24/48 hour time window.
