Uejima Tea Farm: 2024 Single Cultivar Tsuyuhikari Sencha

This single cultivar 2024 spring sencha from the first harvest of the year is created by renowned tea master and farmer Uejima Noriyasu from Wazuka, Kyoto.

The first brew has a very mild astringency, not much astringency, and a stronger sweetness than umami. "

Steeping Notes: 

5g | 60°-70°C | 1min | 200ml

Re-steep the leaves multiple times. Gradually increase the water temperature and lessen infusion time
