Tokoname: Fire Kiln Varnished Kyusu by Hirotaka Umehara

This Tokoname Kyusu ihold 250ml making it ideal multiple guests and teas with larger leaves or for one large mug

Made by second generation Tamamitsu craftsman Mr. Hirotaka Umehara. In 1988 Mr. Umehara established Tamamitsu Touen Co and in 1997 Built the Anagama kiln (Shiinoki kiln). Master Umehara is certified as a Traditional Craftsman by the Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry, Japan. 

• There is a ceramesh (fine ceramic tea strainer) inside 
• Size: approx 10cm diameter | 15cm length with handle | 12.5cm width at spout| 9cm height
