Soft resin whisk by Fugetsu
These resin whisks are a great for every day use. They are made from flexible resin and can be a great option for people who are starting out their matcha journey as the prongs will not break easily when whisking. These are great for heavy duty use or for travelling as they will not damage as easily as a bamboo chasen.Â
The whisk can be taken apart for easy cleaning even at the base, the resin is heat proof up to 100°C and dishwasher safe.
Before use we sit the prongs in hot water as we would with a bamboo whisk, this allows the prongs to open up for a better usucha foam.
