This single cultivar 2026 Shincha, first flush spring sencha, is produced by renowned tea master and farmer Uejima Noriyasu from Wazuka, Kyoto.

This tea is both single cultivar and single origin coming from a single field on the Uejima Sourokuen estate.
Steeping Notes: 5g | 60°-70°C | 1min | 200ml
Re-steep the leaves multiple times. Gradually increase the water temperature and lessen infusion time. We also highly recommend this tea for Koridashi - Ice brewing and cold brewing.
