Red Scoria Bead Bracelet from Shizuoka
Red Scoria is a porous red volcanic rock mined in Izu. It contains a lot of iron and develops a red colour when oxidised.
Since this is a porous rock, it has the property of purifying air, absorbing moisture and releasing moisture when dried.
Red Scora is used as a talisman for the god of fire and is work to give positivity, success and to ward off evil.
