Kamuikotan is a word of the Indigenous Ainu People of Hokkaido meaning ”the community where gods lives.”

The Ainu people created stone circles with this kamui kotan stone where they offered their daily prayers and expressed gratitude to the gods.
This stone was formed more than 100 million years ago from volcanic activity in this area, the stone is a mixture of dark green and black with white flex.
This stone is used to connect with the gods, for purification and to protect against evil
