This Japanese black tea (wakocha) is blended with rare Izunishi ginger.

Izumo Seicha uses their own black tea cultivated in their tea gardens blended with a rare Izumo ginger called Izunishi Ginger.
The wakocha produced by Izumo Seicha has a beautiful softness on the palate, there is very little astringency and a light natural sweetness.
When blended with ginger the resulting tea is both warming and sweet. Perfect for soothing a sore throat.
