The sencha has been processed using a regular steaming method of around 40 -50 seconds however the delicate nature of the raw leaf has a produced a tea closer to a fukumushi, deep steamed tea. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp style=\"text-align: left;\"\u003eThis Okumidori sencha is known for its deep green colour and is often used for high grade sencha and match production. This tea has a refreshing taste with medium body, low astringency and pleasant vegetal notes of edamame and spinach.
